Return & Refund Policy

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or there is an error on our part, in which case a prepaid return label will be issued.

Please note that a 15% restocking fee may apply.

Returns After 30 Days

Returns requested more than 30 days after the date of purchase may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval by Arc Solutions. If approved, a 15% restocking fee will apply, depending on the condition of the item.

All returned items must be inspected upon receipt. If an item is determined to be used, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise not in resellable condition, Arc Solutions reserves the right to deny the refund. In this case, the customer may arrange and pay for shipping to have the item returned to them.
