This wire feeder is designed for rugged, reliable performance with consistent feeding over long conduit runs and the ability to handle large-diameter wire up to 3/32 in. (2.4 mm) solid or 0.120 in. (3.2 mm) cored, exceeding typical competing capacity. Strong gun adapters reduce voltage drop and simplify connections, while an encapsulated circuit board provides protection from dust, moisture, and harsh environments. It offers advanced digital control with voltage and wire feed speed presets, up to four saved programs, passcode-protected limits, and real-time voltage and current display. Safety features include optional arc gouging capability on single-wire models, a Power Path™ system on dual-wire models that isolates the inactive gun, and a wire retract function that improves operator safety. The MaxTrac® drive system uses a durable cast aluminum feed plate for smooth feeding, with tool-less drive rolls and split wire guides that make maintenance easy and help prevent wire tangling. Its modular design allows flexible configurations for single or dual wire setups, bench or boom mounting, multiple spool sizes up to 60 lb, and integration with automated welding systems.
