This wire feeder is built for reliable performance in demanding welding environments. It provides consistent wire feeding over long conduit runs and handles large-diameter wire up to 3/32 in. (2.4 mm) solid and 0.120 in. (3.2 mm) cored, exceeding typical competing capacities. Strong gun adapters reduce voltage drop and simplify setup, while the encapsulated circuit board protects against dust and moisture. Operators can easily set voltage and wire feed speed, store up to four programs, lock settings with passcode protection, and monitor real-time voltage and current during welding. Safety features include optional arc gouging on single-wire models, a Power Path™ system on dual-wire models that isolates the inactive gun, and a wire retract function that improves handling. The MaxTrac® drive system uses a durable cast aluminum feed plate for smooth feeding, with tool-less components that make maintenance quick and help prevent wire tangling. Its modular design supports single or dual wire setups, bench or boom mounting, up to 60 lb wire spools, and integration with automated systems.
