Built for tough industrial welding, this wire feeder delivers reliable performance, precise control, and flexible setup. It maintains consistent wire feeding over long conduit runs and handles large wires up to 3/32 in. (2.4 mm) solid and .120 in. (3.2 mm) cored. High-quality gun adapters provide strong electrical connections with less voltage drop, and the sealed wire drive circuit board protects against dust and moisture.
Digital controls make operation straightforward. Operators can set voltage and wire feed speed, view real-time welding data, and save up to four welding programs for quick use. Passcode-protected limits help keep settings consistent across multiple users.
Safety features are built in. Single wire models can include an isolated stud for arc gouging, while dual wire models use a Power Path™ contactor to separate the inactive wire and gun. A wire retract function pulls the wire back after welding for safer handling.
The MaxTrac® wire drive uses a durable cast aluminum feed plate to ensure smooth feeding. Tool-less drive rolls and split wire guides make maintenance easy and help prevent birdnesting.
Its modular design allows for single or dual wire setups, as well as bench or boom mounting. It supports up to 44 lb spools or 60 lb coils and can be integrated into automated welding systems.
