High Deposition Welds- Faster, Easier

The HyperFill® twin-wire solution was developed to revolutionize heavy fabrication productivity. Designed for semiautomatic and robotic applications, HyperFill redefines high deposition welding – allowing you to make larger welds, faster and more easily.

The HyperFill HD Gas Diffuser has been newly designed with a dual-cam feature that improves electrical transfer, is easier to torque into place, and is ideal for high deposition and high heat GMAW applications.

Features

  • Maximize Productivity - Deposition rates above 18 lbs/hr (24+ lbs/hr robotically) using a single contact tip without compromising puddle stability or weld quality.
  • Cam-lock Fitting - Diffuser and contact tip attach with a quarter-turn camlock instead of a threaded fitting to prevent the two wires from twisting together
  • Dual Cam Profile - Minimizes bending and uneven seating within the diffuser by allowing the contact tip to be pulled evenly while tightening
  • Contact Tips Stay Cooler - Two points of contact through tip cams provides more electrical contact and decreases resistive heating
  • Secured Tip Seating - Maintains a consistent wire placement through tip life cycle
  • Compatible with KP4482-XXX-HD, KP5344-XXX-HD, and KP5368-XXX contact tips
