The Lincoln Electric Ranger® 230MP™ (K5938-1) is a compact, high-performance engine-driven welder generator designed for professionals who need dependable welding performance and clean generator power on the jobsite. Built with a reliable Rehlko® CH730 gasoline engine, the Ranger 230MP delivers outstanding Stick, MIG, and Flux-Cored welding capabilities while supplying 9,500 watts of continuous AC generator power for tools, lights, compressors, and sensitive electronics.

Smaller, lighter, and quieter than many machines in its class, the Ranger 230MP is easy to transport and simple to operate thanks to intuitive controls and Lincoln Electric's proven Chopper Technology®, providing smooth arc performance and excellent weld quality.

With less than 5% Total Harmonic Distortion (THD), the generator safely powers laptops, battery chargers, testing equipment, and other sensitive electronics. The Ranger 230MP also allows you to weld and run generator-powered equipment simultaneously, improving productivity on construction sites, farms, maintenance crews, and fabrication jobs.
