The ESAB Tweco Spray Master 450 is a heavy-duty, air-cooled MIG welding gun built for demanding fabrication and industrial welding applications. Rated at 450 amps with an 80% duty cycle, this 15-foot Tweco MIG gun is configured with a Miller-style rear connector and supports 1/16" wire.

Designed for GMAW, FCAW, and aluminum GMAW applications, the Spray Master 450 combines high-amperage performance with an ergonomic, balanced handle that helps reduce operator fatigue. This Miller MIG gun configuration also supports both spray transfer and pulse welding, giving professional welders the versatility needed for a wide range of applications.
