Long Reach Improves Accessibility While Reducing Required Manufacturing Floor Space.
The OTC ECO-ARC 200L increases the maximum part reach and is economically designed with stationary tables for durability and quick cycle times. The OTC ECO-ARC 200L is best suited for production runs of medium to high volume, with little or no part positioning. A simple, compact design allows for quick teach times and part access. Includes standard pneumatic doors.
The ECO-ARC 200L includes:
- One arc-welding robot (Long reach)
- Two stationary tables (Station 1 = left side / Station 2 = right side)
- Arc welding cell

Mechanical Configuration
- Two stationary tables with machined flat surface (Mild Steel).
- Pneumatic controlled auto shutter (Sheet Metal).
- Access door on LH side.
- Zone kit on robot first sweeping axis for safety.
- Air preparation unit (Filter & Regulator).
- Exterior sheet metal panels (excluded on Basic Configuration).
- Standard forklift pockets in base for easy movement.
