Compact Design Reduces Required Manufacturing Floor Space.
The OTC ECO-ARC 290 is a dual servo-controlled headstock positioning cell designed for
small to medium sized parts. The two-station configuration allows the operator to prepare work on station 1 while the robot welds on station 2.
The ECO-ARC 290B includes:
- One arc-welding robot (Standard reach)
- Two Servo Controlled Headstocks (Station 1 and station 2)
- Arc welding cell
- Welding power source
- FD21 robotic controller
- Common base for robot and headstocks
- Floor mounted safety fence enclosure
