Arc Welding Solution for Medium Size Complex Parts in a Compact & Heavy-Duty Footprint.

The OTC ROTA-ARC 250 is a three-axis, servo-controlled positioning cell offering dual head and tailstock positioning stations and a primary rotational axis to present each station to the robot. The compact design requires less floor space use while allowing single load and unload points for minimal operator movement during operation.

The ROTA-ARC 250 includes:

Mechanical Configuration

• Three servo controlled axes: (1) Index, (2) stations
• Center mounted shield for arc flash (Sheet metal with tube frame).
• Maximum payload is 250kg (550lbs) per side. (*1)
• (Payload on A side and B side needs to be balanced).
• Max index speed 1st axis 6rpm, 2nd and 3rd axis 12rpm
• Rotation range 1st axis 0~+180, 2nd and 3rd axis +/- 13 revolutions (*2)
• 1st axis: 6006Nm (No offset allowable), 2nd and 3rd axis: 206Nm (250kg offset @ 85mm)206Nm (250kg offset @ 85mm)
