Arc Welding Solution for Large Size Complex Parts in a Heavy-Duty Design.
The OTC TRI-ARC 1000 is a three-axis, servo-controlled positioning cell offering dual head and tailstock positioning stations and a primary rotational axis to present each station to the robot. The heavy-duty design accommodates large components up to 3500mm in length and requires less floor space use while allowing single load and unload points for minimal operator movement during operation.

The TRI-ARC 1000 includes:
- One arc-welding robot (Standard Reach)
- One Servo-Controlled indexer (A / B side, controlled by robot controller)
- Two Servo-Controlled Headstock/Tailstock positioners (one each side)
- Rotation range: 1st axis 0 ~ +180, 2nd and 3rd axis +/-13 revolutions (*2)
- Max allowable eccentric payload moment: 1st axis: 6006Nm, 2nd and 3rd axis: 980Nm (1000kg offset @ 100mm) (*3)
