This wire feeder delivers consistent performance over long conduit runs and handles wires up to 3/32 in. solid and .120 in. cored. Strong electrical connections reduce voltage drop, while sealed components protect against dust and moisture.

Digital controls allow easy adjustment of voltage and wire feed speed, with the ability to store up to four welding programs. Passcode protection helps keep settings consistent, and real-time displays show voltage and current during welding.

Safety features include an optional arc gouging stud for single wire models, isolation of the inactive wire and gun on dual models, and a wire retract function that improves handling.

A durable cast aluminum drive ensures smooth feeding, while tool-less rolls and guides make maintenance quick and help prevent birdnesting.

The system can be configured for single or dual wire setups, used in bench or boom applications, supports up to 60 lb wire, and is ready for automation integration.
