Arc Welding Solution for Small and Medium Size Parts.

The OTC PT-ARC 600 pneumatic turntable cell is designed for small and medium size parts with minimal operator movement required. The operator can prepare the work on side A while the robot is welding on side B.

The PT-ARC 600 includes:

• One arc-welding robot (Standard reach)
• One Pneumatic indexer (A / B side)
• Arc welding cell
• Control cable 5 meter
• FD21 robotic controller
• Welding power source
• Robot manipulator
• Common base and wall assembly
• Teach pendant 8meter
• Operation box

Mechanical Configuration

• Pneumatic controlled 60" diameter tabletop with flat surface (Mild Steel) (180 total degrees of rotation).
• Center shield on tabletop for arc flash (Sheet metal with tube frame).
• Maximum payload is 250kg (550lb) per side. (Payload on A side and B side needs to be balanced).
• Maximum allowable inertia moment is 1078 Nm.
• Access door on side.
• Air preparation unit (Filter & Regulator) with soft start valve and shut off valve.
• Exterior sheet metal panels
• Indexing time: 4 sec (based on rate of load)
• Even if the sum of the load on both sides of the table is equal or less than the maximum payload capacity, the payload capacity of one side should not exceed the maximum value of 250kg (550lbs).
• Standard forklift pockets in base for easy movement.
