The Lincoln Electric Ranger® 305 LPG is designed for environments where gasoline and diesel emissions are not acceptable, providing reliable multi-process welding performance and powerful generator output in a rugged, field-proven package. Powered by a 25 HP Kohler® Command® overhead valve (OHV) liquid propane engine, it delivers the performance needed for demanding jobsite applications while utilizing cleaner-burning LPG fuel.
The Ranger 305 LPG is capable of Stick, TIG, MIG, flux-cored, and downhill pipe welding, making it a versatile solution for construction, maintenance, utility, pipeline, and industrial work. It is the only compact LPG-powered welder in North America rated at 25 volts for 300 amps of Stick or CV welding and supports wire welding with electrodes up to 5/64 in. (2.0 mm) in diameter.
Lincoln Electric's Chopper Technology® provides smooth arc performance, easy starts, reduced spatter, and excellent bead appearance. Digital weld meters display actual amperage and voltage, allowing operators to accurately preset procedures and monitor welding output in real time. A built-in Hot Start feature further improves arc starts and restrikes.
In addition to its welding capabilities, the Ranger 305 LPG provides 10,000 watts of peak single-phase AC generator power and 9,000 watts of continuous output for powering tools, lights, backup power applications, and inverter welders. Generator voltage remains constant at 120V or 240V regardless of weld settings, ensuring dependable power delivery.
Built for demanding environments, both the welding and generator outputs are rated at temperatures up to 104°F (40°C). The unit includes a liquid propane gas supply hose with coupler for convenient connection to the liquid draw outlet of an LP-gas cylinder.
