The Ranger 305 LPG welder/generator is ideal for locations where gasoline or diesel emissions aren’t acceptable. It connects easily to a liquid propane cylinder and delivers reliable welding and generator power in one compact unit.
Powered by a 25 HP Kohler® Command® LPG engine, it offers strong multi-process capability, including stick, TIG, MIG, cored-wire, and downhill pipe welding. It’s also the only compact LPG welder in North America rated at 300 amps at 25V for stick or CV welding, with support for wire up to 5/64 in. (2.0 mm).
Digital weld meters make it easy to set and monitor output, while built-in hot start improves arc starts and restrikes. Lincoln Electric Chopper Technology® ensures a smooth, stable arc with low spatter and excellent weld quality.
The integrated generator provides 10,000 watts peak and 9,000 watts continuous power—enough to run tools, lights, or even an inverter welder. It maintains consistent 120V/240V output regardless of weld settings.
Built for demanding conditions, the unit is rated for full performance at 104°F (40°C) and delivers dependable operation with its high-horsepower LPG engine.
