Contact tip for 0.045″ (1.2 mm) wire

TOUGH LOCK contact tips are manufactured from high-quality, high-conductivity copper using a mandrel-drawn process that controls tip tolerances. When mated with our TOUGH LOCK retaining heads, they produce lower contact tip temperatures.

• Locking feature prevents contact tip and retaining head from overheating due to the loosening vibration often causes — cooler temperature reduces wear and extends consumable life
• Greater surface area contact between the contact tip, retaining head and neck ensures better heat dissipation and guarantees positive electrical conductivity
