The Hypertherm 220885 (N2) Nozzle Retaining Cap is a genuine OEM replacement consumable designed to securely hold and properly align the nozzle within the torch assembly. It helps protect internal torch components while supporting consistent plasma arc performance and reliable cutting results. This retaining cap is designed for 600 A N₂ and 800 A applications on stainless steel and aluminum at material thicknesses of 100 mm (4") and below.
