The ArcDroid™ PLUS Controller is a direct, plug-and-play upgrade for any ArcDroid V2 CNC plasma cutting robot. Featuring a 10" HD touchscreen, 8x more memory, built-in parametric shapes, stencil fonts, and the ability to run as a standalone design station, the PLUS unlocks capabilities that previously required CAD software or a computer.

Simply update your ArcDroid software, swap controllers, and start cutting.

• 8x More Memory: Load larger and more complex DXF files, detailed artwork, and larger patterned layouts without memory limitations.
• Built-In Parametric Shape Library: Includes 12 templates such as tabs, flanges, gussets, bolt-circle plates, lug brackets, and more. Enter dimensions directly on the controller—no CAD required.
• On-Screen Text Creation: Three built-in stencil-ready fonts. Adjust text height, angle, and placement directly from the controller.
• Advanced Patterning: Create full X/Y arrays of parts with customizable spacing and angles. Ideal for production runs and maximizing material usage.
• Run From Here Function: Resume jobs or re-cut specific shapes mid-program. Completed cuts dim out while the active cut path is highlighted.
• Standalone Design Station: Power the controller via USB-C and connect a USB mouse to design projects away from the machine. No laptop or CAD software required.
