The XP excels in both high-definition and standard-definition cutting applications. When paired with the ESAB Precision 130 HD power source, it delivers clean, dross-free cuts up to 20 mm (3/4"). For thicker material, the M2 200i standard-definition power source provides piercing capability up to 35 mm (1 1/4"), giving you the flexibility to tackle a wide range of jobs without sacrificing quality.
For added efficiency, the optional SwiftMARK engraving tool allows you to mark and cut in a single operation—eliminating the need for secondary processes or outsourcing. It’s a streamlined solution that keeps your workflow tight and production moving.
Every Swift-Cut XP comes fully equipped with intuitive CAD, CAM, and CNC software, making it easy to go from design to finished part. With built-in automatic nesting, DXF/DWG file imports, JPEG conversion, and an 89-shape parametric library, you can reduce drawing time and maximize material usage.
