Model 450 Deluxe Ironworker® kit contains quality equipment needed for cutting, brazing, and welding using oxygen and acetylene gases. The kit can cut up 6 in. (152.4mm) and is supplied with a tip to cut up to 1 in. (25.4mm) plate. The kit can braze up to 6 in. (152.4) diameter copper tube and is supplied with a size tip for brazing copper up to 1 ½ in. (38.1mm) tube. The kit is capable of welding up to 1 in. (25.4mm) and is supplied with a tip that welds up to 1/16 in. (1.6mm) plate. The kit is capable of heating up to 74,000 BTU/Hr. with supplied rosebud tip.

Features

• Extra Heavy Duty 3-tube design kit to be used with oxygen and acetylene gases.
• Regulator oxygen and acetylene model 450 with easy-to-read dual scale 2.5 in. gauges, brass T-screw handle, stainless steel diaphragms and tamper-proof, self-reseating safety relief valve and Harris' distinguished internal encapsulated seat filter. Oxygen regulator that delivers up to 125 psi and acetylene regulator delivers up to 15 psi.
• Torch handle model 43-2 that features stainless-steel thread for attachments and is equipped with external replaceable FlashGuard® check valves. This handle is the ideal choice for heavy heating applications.
• Cutting attachment model 73-3 features brazed triangular stainless-steel tubes, fold-forward cutting lever, ease-on cutting valve and solid brass head.
• Consumables included: 6290-1 cutting tip, E-43 mixer, 23A90-5 welding tip, J-63-2 rosebud heating tip.
• Accessories included: Shade 5 safety glasses (ANSI Z87.1 CE Weld), Handheld ignitor, 1/4 in. x 20 ft. twin R-grade hose and Harris black and red insulated tool kit bag.
• Model E-43 equal or positive pressure mixing system resists damage due to flashback
• Kit includes Model 62901AC cutting tip, Model 23A905 welding/brazing tip and Model J-63-2 heating tip
