This wire feeder is built for rugged, reliable performance with consistent feeding over long conduit runs and the ability to handle large-diameter wire up to 3/32 in. (2.4 mm) solid or 0.120 in. (3.2 mm) cored, exceeding standard competing capacity. Strong gun adapters improve electrical connection, reduce voltage drop, and simplify setup, while an encapsulated circuit board protects against dust and moisture. It offers digital control with preset voltage and wire feed speed, storage for up to four programs, passcode-protected limits, and real-time voltage and current display. Safety features include optional arc gouging capability on single-wire models, a Power Path™ system on dual-wire models that isolates the inactive gun, and a wire retract function for safer operation. The MaxTrac® drive system uses a cast aluminum feed plate for smooth feeding, along with tool-less drive rolls and split wire guides that make maintenance fast and help prevent wire tangling.
