• Contact tip is aligned and centered with the liner lock when the diffuser is tightened creating a flawless wire-feed path. Reduces burnbacks, bird-nesting and erratic arc.
• Coarse thread speeds contact tip replacement.
• Tapers lock the contact tip to the diffuser and the diffuser to the neck for excellent electrical conductivity.
• Contact tip tail is cooled inside the diffuser by shielding gas.
• Compatible with the MDX-100 & MDX-250 MIG Guns
